Mango Drum Ltd Terms & Conditions of Supply

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of products by Mango Drum Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company registration number 14624794 and registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE. These terms exclude all other terms, conditions, and representations.

Definitions

Delivery, Risk, and Returns

• Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
• For UK mainland deliveries, Mango Drum Ltd credits products lost or damaged in transit, subject to immediate notification.
• For export orders, all responsibilities transfer to the customer upon dispatch from our warehouse.
• Returned products due to delivery refusal or payment issues are subject to restocking and re-delivery charges.

Payment Terms

• Payments are due immediately upon delivery unless credit terms are agreed.
• Preferred payment method is via BACS to Mango Drum Ltd's designated bank account.
• Failure to pay on time may result in interest charges and recovery costs.

Retention of Title

• Legal ownership of products remains with Mango Drum Ltd until full payment is received.
• Customers must store and insure the products appropriately until ownership transfers.

Warranties and Exclusions

• Mango Drum Ltd warrants that products comply with UK statutory requirements and are of satisfactory quality at the time of delivery.

• Remedies for non-conforming products are limited to repair, replacement, or refund, subject to immediate notification.

Liability

• Mango Drum Ltd’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

 Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by English Law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Changes to Terms

• Mango Drum Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms. The latest version will be available upon request.
